digitell.me offers you the possibility to send surveys via different channels. Each of your target groups has its individual response behaviour. Together with you, we track the response rates of your surveys and select the most suitable sendout method for future projects. This way you should get the highest response rate.

Please note that surveys using generic links are always anonymous. If you send e-mails directly from our software, you have the opportunity to distribute personalized links.
Useful advice for distribution
- Choose the distribution method that matches your project needs. Only use personalized links if necessary
- If you run a personalized survey, inform respondents in the invitation text that the survey is not anonymous
- Observe your response rates already during the data collection phase
